What I'm Loving Wednesday

Wow, I haven't done one of these posts in a while! With it being Thanksgiving week, I wanted to post some things I'm loving and am thankful for. 

{one} 

I'm loving that tomorrow is Thanksgiving and that I am off work all week. I definitely needed some relax time! We will be spending the day tomorrow with Dustin's family.

{two} 

I'm loving that tomorrow I will be 32 weeks and that Ashlyn is really growing! I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is flying by and that I am actually 8 months now! We scheduled a 4D ultrasound and I can't wait to see her sweet face!

{three} 

I'm loving that we have started projects for the nursery. Dustin redid the floors and he will paint this week as well. The furniture will be in there soon!

{four}

I'm loving that my tree out front has finally completely changed colors and it's just gorgeous! Every year I take pictures of the dogs in the pretty leaves. Yesterday, I attempted to take some pictures without Dustin's help. Not easy! Also, we have Bo (mom's dog) so I tried to get a few of him.

{five}

I'm loving that I put a few Christmas decorations up this week. It's only a small portion of what I normally do but I just don't have the energy this year and I know we won't want to put it all away in January once Ashlyn is here. This might be the first year that my tree is not up before Thanksgiving and that's ok. It will get done eventually!

{six}

I'm loving that today we have our maternity photo shoot with Liz! She's so amazing and I know our pictures will be perfect! I can't wait to show y'all!!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm loving that the weather has cooled down some. It's still warm out, in the 80's, but it's much nicer than heat advisories every single day!

I'm loving that I did some Fall decorating!

When it cools down a little more, I want to buy some mums for out front.

I'm loving that we went down to the BBQ Shop Friday night. The BEST bbq in Memphis, hands down! This picture was taken with the owner Eric. Such a nice guy!

{four}

I'm loving that we had our first football party of the season Sunday. I look forward to hanging out with friends every Sunday during the season!

{five}

I'm loving that Dustin finished the HUGE project of replacing wood and repainting our house. It looks amazing. I need to show pictures soon. Now he's on to building the shed in the back yard which is much needed. 

After the shed, it's Project Nursery!! Yay!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm loving all the fun stuff baby girl has already. She received gifts at the gender reveal party and of course I've bought a couple things too. She's so loved already!

I'm loving that Dustin and I are making nursery plans. I spent time over the weekend getting ideas of styles that I love. We hope to get started sometime in the next month.

I'm loving 1/2 prices shakes at Sonic lately. Last week I tried a chocolate shake form there for (I think) the first time. I never got milk shakes before really. Now, I'm obsessed! What's great is that you can get that mini size so you don't overdo it!

I'm loving that we are going to the cabin for the long weekend. It's been a few weeks since we've been out on the lake, so I'm ready!

 I'm loving that Jennifer and I have a shopping date tomorrow. I can't wait to go look at more cute baby things!

I'm loving my husband and how incredibly excited he is! :)

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I think it's been quite some time now since I've done a "What I'm Loving Wednesday"post. That makes me sad because it's one of my favorites!

{one} 

I'm loving that we are finally getting into a decent routine at school. I have a very young class this year (mostly 3's) so this has been a challenge. But, I was just thinking yesterday how they seem to be finally getting it. I hope I'm not speaking too soon! 

{two}

I'm loving that just in the past couple days, I've been feeling little baby flutters. To me, it feels like a pop of popcorn. I mostly feel it in the evening when I'm relaxing, but I have felt it once at work. It really is a cool feeling!

{three} 

I'm loving that in 2 DAYS we will finally know the gender of this baby! I CANNOT WAIT!! Jennifer is having a Gender Reveal party for us Friday night. I will be posting on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook most likely that night. It may be a couple days before it makes it on the blog.

{four} 

I'm loving that this semester, Dustin's school is completely paid for. I don't think I've mentioned this before, but he won a small scholarship through work that paid all the expenses of this semester. The timing honestly could not be better! More money for baby stuff!! ;)

{five} 

I'm loving that Dustin is finally finished with a major house project! I can't wait to share the pictures soon. And, no it's not the nursery. But I am hoping we can start on that soon.

I'm loving that school will be out for summer in ONE MONTH!! Beach and lake trips are coming up soon and we are getting very excited!

I'm loving how far my students have come this year. It's very rewarding to see such a change in just one school year! Just look at this:

I'm loving that my best friend is in love <3 ! Jennifer totally deserves it and she has found one heck of a catch. He even has the Jones family stamp of approval because Dustin and I love him! I know he and Dustin will be best friends soon too! :) Aren't they freaking adorable?

I'm loving how hard Dustin has been working to update our home. We decided to repaint the exterior and put up new gutters. He has also been replacing some trim along the way which has made it so tedious. But it's looking so good! I love the changes!!

I'm loving the beautiful weather we are having this week for Spring Break. It's been 80 degrees. Perfect for this:

I'm loving how great our garage is looking! Dustin stained the floors and it makes a huge difference!

I'm loving that we celebrated Sammy's 8th birthday last week. We kept with tradition and had Sonic ice cream and fries to celebrate!

 I'm loving this poster card my sweet class made for a child at our school who underwent brain surgery this past week. Surgery went well and we hope that all of our cards made him feel loved!

I'm loving that Dustin and I will be going on a little getaway this weekend for 3 days! I'm looking forward to it! :)

I'm loving this beautiful weather! It's been near 80 degrees and we are enjoying it!I love that I'm able to pull out my warm weather clothes and shoes!

I'm loving  all the basketball March Madness! This is one of my most favorite times of the year! My bracket is printed and on the fridge!!

I'm loving the pretty bright yellow bouquet we got Dustin's mom for her birthday. I thought they were so Springy!

I'm loving the game Draw Something! That is, when it acts right. Mine had to be deleted and redownloaded several times. I'm terrible at drawing but it's still fun! Do you play?

I'm loving the framed wedding pictures that I had Dustin hang above our TV. This picture just does not do the pretty frames justice. I fell in love with the frames when I saw them at Hobby Lobby!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I cannot believe it's been 4 weeks since I posted last! January was just all over the map for me and the blog had to take a back seat. But, I'm jumping back in and hopefully it won't be another month before I post again! :)

I can't think of a better way to get back into blogging than to post about all the wonderful things I'm loving lately!

I'm loving that the weather hasn't been very cold lately. Last week we had some Spring like temperatures. It's so nice to be able to have recess OUTSIDE!! The kids (and teachers) are loving it!

I'm loving that we were able to enjoy the Superbowl with a bunch of friends. And, I'm loving that the Giants won! Here's a picture of just a few of us from Sunday.

I'm loving that my preschool teacher friend, Jodi, and I had so much fun in Nashville last week at the Tennessee  Preschool Conference. We came back with so many new, fun ideas that we are already incorporating with our classes. And, we had a blast just getting away for a girl's trip!

I'm loving that so many of our favorite kids are having birthdays this month. Two weeks ago we celebrated Grant's 2nd birthday.

This past weekend we celebrated Zachary's 2nd birthday.

We have our niece Maddie's birthday coming up this weekend and sweet Shelby's party the next weekend!

{five}

I'm loving our renovated living room. It's been a work in progress the past few weeks, but it looks amazing. I'll have to do a complete post on it soon.

Lastly, I'm loving Dustin and our friends and family. I've been extra thankful lately for the wonderful support system that Dustin and I have. :)
