Labor Day Weekend

We spent our long weekend at the cabin. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed our relaxation time out on the water!

The guys got some fishing in. 

Ashlyn really enjoyed swimming in the water this trip. I took some cute pictures with my mom's camera that I'll have to post later. I wish I would have videoed her because she was laughing and kicking in the water!

Arkansas

Mom, Ashlyn, and I spent 12 days in Arkansas. We stayed 2 long weekends at the cabin and then went to my Aunt Robin's in between. It was a nice break from home. 

The first weekend, our friends Todd and Stacey came for the day with their baby Laynee. We also met up with our friends Marty and Justine.

We enjoyed our stay at Aunt Robin's and loved getting to see Caroline and Shane's new house!

The next weekend, our friend Mack and his 2 girls came to the cabin. 

It was such a nice trip, but I'm glad to be home. Now I'm gearing back up for school. I go back next Thursday! I can't believe how quick this summer few by! :(

New Swing

I bought Ashlyn a swing for the front yard. I wasn't sure if she was ready for it or not. She loved it though! So fun!!

4th of July

We spent the day with Dustin's family cooking out and swimming.

First Zoo Trip

Yesterday we took Ashlyn to the zoo for the first time. I was surprised at long she lasted. We were there 3 hours and were able to see most of the zoo. I think she was more interested in people watching than the animals though!

Pool Time

Now that it's summer and the pool has warmed up enough, we are really enjoying ourselves! Ashlyn seems to like the water as long as it's not cold. The past two days we've spent at the pool relaxing and playing.
