Ok, so just today I was given 2 blog awards. I'm not always the best at reposting the awards I receive. But, since I have nothing else to blog about today, I thought I would.
The first award I received was from Caroline at Sweet Champagne
The rules for this award are to list some things that I am a "master" at.
Let's see, I am the master of:
1. sleeping...I could seriously sleep my life away. I've always been this way. I can sleep 10 or more hours at night, then turn around and take a 3-4 hour nap.
2. online shopping...I hit up my favorite online stores daily hunting for the next great deal. However, I'm a very picky shopper.
3. shoes...my friends know, I have a slight obsession with shoes. I just can't pass up a great pair, especially if they're on sale.
4. texting...my friend Jodi always says if there were Olympics for texting, I could enter. Ha!
5. reading: I know this makes me sound like a total nerd, but whatever. I read fiction, I always have a Christian study book going, my Daily Bread morning study, I have subscriptions to about 7-8 magazines ( I know, a bit much), and I read kids books several times a day at work.
*Now, one thing I wish I was the master of: my new camera. I've already learned so much, but there is still tons more to learn!
My second award is from Leigh at La Bella Vita
For this one all I have to do is tell you seven things about myself.
1. Lately, I have been into finding and cooking new recipes.
2. I sometimes think that if I ever won the lottery (even though I don't play) would I keep my job or not. That's how much I really enjoy my career.
3. I tend to stick close to a handful of very close friends rather than having a bunch of acquaintances.
4. I love to shop, but I prefer to do it alone.
5. I dream of having children one day, but I am one of the few girls that has no idea what my children will be named.
6. I have driven my Xterra for almost 7 years now and I'm itching for something newer.
7. I check the wedding countdown on my knot page frequently. I cannot wait to a wife! 113 days!
