Pinterest Recipes

Recently I've tried a few recipes I've pinned on Pinterest. I love being able to pin recipes I find online to my Pinterest board to go back to later when I'm meal planning. These are just a few:

Zingy BBQ Crock Pot Chicken:
This was very good. I cooked it on high for a few hours but you could definitely leave it all day cooking on low.

Cream Cheese Sausage Balls:
I cooked these Sunday for our football watch party. They were a hit!

Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta:
I cooked this last night and it was amazing! I actually changed the recipe a bit and cooked the pasta in the oven instead of using the crock pot. It was very easy to put together and it tastes incredible!

Sweets :)

I want to share 2 of the sweets recipes from the shower we threw last Saturday with y'all. I made chocolate chip dip and orange creamsicle fruit dip. I made them both for the first time Saturday and both were super delicious!

-1 package of cream cheese
-1/2 cup butter, softened
-3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 cup (6 ounces) mini chocolate chips

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Serve with graham cracker sticks.

-1 container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
-1 (3.4 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding
-1 (6 ounce) container of frozen concentrated orange juice, slightly thawed

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve with fruit.

Breakfast Casserole

I made a breakfast casserole for Dustin and I this past weekend. I tweeted this picture and promised a few girls I would post the recipe this week.
It's super easy and the best thing to do is to put it together the night before. Then all you have to do is pop it in the oven the next morning.

My mom makes this for us every Christmas morning and it's a big favorite of ours!

Ingredients:
-4 slices of bread
-1 lb sausage
-4 eggs
-1 1/2 cups of half & half
-1 cup shredded cheddar
-1 cup shredded swiss

Directions:
-Line a square dish with the bread
-Brown the sausage and put it over the bread
-Combine the eggs with the half & half, and cheeses
-Pour over the sausage and bread
-Chill over night
-Bake at 350 for 50 min-1 hour

ENJOY!!
