I used one of my favorite pictures of us from our Maternity session for our card this year. They were pretty simple this year, but I love them!

Beach Trip #2

In early June, Dustin and I went to Panama City Beach for vacation. This past week, we went to Orange Beach with his parents. This was our first time to vacation in Orange Beach. We had mostly good weather. There was one day that it stormed for 3 hours or more and another day that we only got a half day at the beach but other than that, we had great weather!

I actually didn't take many pictures at all. We just relaxed and enjoyed our break. 

And, just for fun, I posted a comparison of our beach trip in June to this one. Big belly difference, huh?

Two Years

Yesterday was our 2nd anniversary. I know everyone says this, but time flies! It's been a really great two years. Something tells me that year three will be my favorite! :)

To celebrate, Dustin and I went to the Melting Pot. I've been wanting to try it for a while now. We've never been. When Dustin suggested it, I was excited! It was the perfect night! The food was amazing and we had a wonderful time celebrating!

Beach Trip #1

Dustin and I had an amazing vacation. Last week we were in Panama City Beach for the entire week. We had wonderful weather and lots of fun! Most of the trip, it was just the 2 of us hanging out. But, Jennifer and her boyfriend were staying down the beach at the same time so we saw them 2 days which was fun! We also did some beach pictures and instead of wearing white like we've done many times in the past, Dustin and I went with bright colors. I think it turned out cute!

 It was such a fun and relaxing vacation. We are definitely looking forward to beach trip number 2 later in July!

Long Weekend

Dustin and I are off work today for Good Friday. I'm looking forward to a relaxing 3 day weekend! But, since I'm behind on this blog, I want to post about last weekend.

Last week I was on Spring Break. I swear it felt like Summer break at times. The temps were in the mid-high 80's for most of the week. Dustin and I headed to the cabin early last Friday morning for a long weekend. 

Friday, we fished at The Little Red River in Heber. Well, Dustin fished while I propped my feet up in a chair and read a book in my Kindle. 

Saturday and Sunday were hot so we got the boat out. I can not believe I was on a boat (and it was hot) in March! 

Sunday was my mom's birthday. We had fun celebrating at the lake with her and dad!

We had lots of fun and I'm looking forward to many more lake trips to come. I love that place!!

President's Day Fun

Dustin and I were both off work Monday for President's Day. We slept in, ate a late breakfast, and then headed out for a day date. We had so much fun Saturday night bowling with Ashley and Cliff that we decided to go bowling again. This time it was just the two of us. I'm not a very good bowler, but it is so fun!

I posted this split picture of Dustin and I on both Facebook and Twitter and friends from both places made a comment that we were dressed alike. That was not planned! Ha!

Dustin beat me every single game. I did come close to winning twice. Even though I'm not that good, I had so much fun and it was nice to go out and do something different on our day off!
