Yesterday I knocked my engagement ring on the freezer door and now I swear my center diamond is a little jiggly. It's supposed to be inspected every May anyway, so Dustin is taking it this week. In the meantime I'm not wearing it. Even though I'm 100% covered if I lose the diamond, I don't want to risk it. Dustin hand picked that diamond for that ring and it's also internally flawless which is rare.

My first inspection, they noticed my diamond was loose, too! They had to keep it for day or so to fix it and I hated being without it. I felt the same way you do! Even though it is covered with insurance if it was replaced it would not be the same diamond that Brandon picked out for me!
Bless your heart! I hope you get it back soon too! I would hate not wearing it! If that is your ring in the picture (which I am assuming that it is) I LOVE IT!! It is gorgeous!! STUPID fridge!

Last year, 5 days before my wedding, one of the smaller diamonds on the side of my engagement ring fell out! Thank goodness it was near the back of the ring and no one really noticed, but I knew it was gone! I felt naked without it when I had to drop it off to get fixed after the honeymoon!

And yeah...three months after our wedding, I took my rings in to get cleaned. They found 9 loose diamonds in my wedding band. They wouldn't even let me wear my ring out of the store because they were shocked I hadn't lost a stone yet!! It stunk to have to give up my ring for a week!
I have lost diamonds out of mine twice. Luckily, Tim got the extended warranty to cover it and they were replaced.

Thank goodness for full coverage! I don't have a ring yet but that's the first thing Dustin asked about when we went ring shopping because he claims I'm clumsy.. So I walked into a table yesterday and have a huge bruise? The table shouldn't have been there!

ahhh so smart of you to take it in! i would be way to nervous to lose it too.....in the meantime...ill get all of the knocking of the freezer out of my system as i dont have a ring anywhere close to my fingers!!! haha =)
