Taylor update

Taylor is at the MED in Memphis in the Trauma center. He is currently waiting on the surgeon. He went this morning to see the Orthopedic surgeon and was told the break is bad enough that he will need surgery. He will be having a metal rod surgically placed into his leg. This surgery is very expensive and he is in a lot of pain. Hopefully, they will be able to do the surgery tonight and not put it off further. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

On a lighter note, I'm off for the day and with any luck will be tomorrow too! We dismissed 1/2 day today due to the bad weather coming this way. They are predicting icy rain storms. We will see!!

Update:

Taylor will be having surgery in the morning. He will be staying overnight and has a room now at the MED.

Update #2:

Surgery went well. The physical therapist will let him know when he can go home. Hopefully, he will go home by Thursday! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
