Happy Summer

Friday was the first official day of Summer and we started it off right- at the lake! Dustin was off work Friday so we decided to leave out Friday morning during Ashlyn's morning nap time to head to the cabin. She slept almost the entire way so it worked out perfect. And, we got there in plenty of time to get the boat out Friday too! 

Saturday, she wasn't too crazy about her life jacket but she did get in the water. 

I think she had more fun playing on the boat!

We met up with our friends Kenneth and Beth and their two kids that afternoon. 

Sunday, Ashlyn got back into the water and actually enjoyed it. We let her just float on her back and she was babbling away! It was so cute!
